Unlike other teas, matcha involves consuming the entire leaf, providing caffeine, antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids. For optimal results, it is recommended to consume daily for two weeks.
This ceremonial matcha has a vibrant green color, a light floral sweetness, and a creamy umami flavor. Served daily at Shou Sugi Ban House, Nekohama's matcha is naturally sweet matcha with no bitterness.

Directions: Prepare 2 grams (about 1 tsp) with 75 ml (2.5 oz) of hot water at 80º C (175º F). Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk.
